Equipment, snow clothing and accessory rentals. Prices appear on the booking page in Japanese yen, including consumption tax. Your order total is shown before payment.

Equipment delivery to central Sapporo hotels costs ¥3,000 one way or ¥5,000 round trip per order, including tax. Coverage requires prior confirmation. Optional extras and upgrades are priced separately on the booking page.

Full payment at booking

Equipment is handed over at IFC or delivered to an agreed hotel on the confirmed rental start date and at the agreed time. Rental dates, collection and return locations and times are disclosed before booking.

Available dates, quantities and any booking deadlines or restrictions are stated on the relevant booking page.

PayPay refunds are processed through the original payment channel. We submit the refund within 7 business days after approval; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.

Stop using faulty, incomplete or incorrect equipment and contact us. We will arrange adjustment or replacement. If we cannot provide the agreed service or an alternative you accept, we will refund the unprovided portion. We bear necessary replacement and collection costs arising from our error or failure.
