Choose your rental dates and equipment online, enter each user’s details and complete the booking process. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. We recommend booking ahead so we can prepare suitable sizes. Walk-in rentals are subject to availability.
A Gear Set includes skis or a snowboard and boots. A Standard Set adds a jacket and snow pants, while a Full Set also includes a helmet, goggles and gloves. Individual items are available if you already have some equipment. Check your chosen package for the full list of inclusions.
Yes. Consecutive rentals receive 10% off for 2 days, 20% off for 3 days, 30% off for 4 days and 40% off for 5–7 days. Eligible items and the final total are shown in your booking. Contact us for rentals of 8 days or more.
You can arrange collection the evening before your rental starts. Please confirm your collection time in advance and arrive before the store closes at 20:00 Japan time. Early collection does not extend your rental period. All equipment must be returned by the agreed time on your final rental day. Next-day returns are not permitted.
Yes. We offer equipment delivery to hotels in central Sapporo for ¥3,000 one way or ¥5,000 round trip per order. Send us your hotel name, rental dates and equipment requirements so we can confirm coverage, timing, fitting and handover arrangements.
